ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We are pleased to announce that the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI) will be hosting its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24th April 2025. This year’s AGM holds special significance as it is the Voting/Election year, during which we will determine the next Board of Directors for the upcoming term.

Proxy Voting Participation

If, for unavoidable reasons, you are unable to attend the 66th AGM in person, we kindly request your active participation through proxy voting. By completing the enclosed proxy form, you can authorise a trusted representative (excluding other SMCCI Ordinary Member) to attend the meeting on your behalf and cast votes in alignment with your preferences.

Deadline for Proxy Form Submission

To ensure your eligibility for attendance, please complete and return the proxy form no later than 24th April 2025.

You have two submission options:

1. Soft Copy: Submit a scanned copy of the completed form via email to info@smcci.org.sg by 10:00 AM.
2. Hard Copy: Deliver the physical copy of the form in person by 2:00 PM at AGM Registration Counter.

We urge you to exercise your right to proxy voting, as your participation contributes to the decision-making process and plays a crucial role in shaping the future of SMCCI.
