Scope of Work:
We are seeking experienced trainers/consultants to conduct Halal food training sessions for SMCCI. The training sessions will focus on educating our certification holders about the principles, guidelines, and practices of Halal food preparation and certification. It is crucial for us to ensure compliance with Halal standards and to uphold the integrity of our products and services.

Requirements:
1. Demonstrated expertise in Halal food principles, certification, and industry standards.
2. Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training modules tailored to different levels of staff.
3. Experience in conducting engaging and interactive training sessions.
4. Knowledge of local regulations and international standards related to Halal food production and certification.
5. Provision of training materials, resources, and tools to support learning objectives.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Sustainability Integration:

• No prohibited or non halal ingredients or food is allowed.
• Display of other religious beliefs is prohibited.
