The Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the design, production and printing of the SMCCI 70th Anniversary Member Directory, to be distributed to guests at the SMCCI 70th Anniversary Dinner.
Scope of Work
A. Creative Design & Layout
– Develop publication concept and design
– Design cover and internal pages
– Create simple infographics and visual elements
B. Content Compilation
– Compile and format member listings provided by SMCCI
– Copy-edit and standardise content where required
– Generate QR codes for member websites and social media
C. SMCCI Corporate Pages
– President’s Message
– About SMCCI
– SMCCI Services & Programmes
– Membership Benefits
– SMCCI at 70 (milestones and highlights)
D. Member Directory Section
Each listing to include: Company Name, Logo, Business Description, Products/Services, Contact Details, Website and QR Code.
E. Printing Specifications
– Full colour, A4 Portrait
– Estimated 80–120 pages
– Perfect Bound / Hard Cover, Matte Lamination Cover
– Quotation to be submitted for three (3) tiers: 500 / 750 / 1,000 copies
– Delivery before the SMCCI 70th Anniversary Dinner
F. Digital Version
– Final print-ready artwork
– Interactive PDF version
Vendors are to quote separately for the following:
– Design only
– Design + content compilation
– Printing (500 / 750 / 1,000 copies)
– Additional member profile pages
– Advertising page management
Submission Requirements
– Company profile and portfolio of similar publications
– Itemised quotation based on the above breakdown
– Proposed project timeline
– Samples or mockups (if available)

INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL: SALE OF SMCCI PROPERTY AT JALAN PINANG
The Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) is exploring the potential sale of its property located at 15 Jalan Pinang.
As part of our governance and due diligence process, we are inviting up to three licensed agents to submit proposals for the marketing and sale representation of this property.
Your proposal should include:
1. Indicative valuation and expected sale range;
2. Proposed marketing strategy and outreach plan;
3. Estimated sale timeline; and
4. Commission structure and any co-broking terms.

Shortlisted agents may be invited for a brief presentation to the management team.

CALL FOR TRAINERS: PROVISION OF TRAINING SERVICES FOR SMCCI ACADEMY
The Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) invites experienced trainers, facilitators, and industry experts to be part of our growing network of trainers under SMCCI Academy.
SMCCI Academy delivers programmes aimed at empowering entrepreneurs, SMEs, and aspiring business owners through practical learning and skills development. We are seeking qualified individuals and organisations to deliver training modules relevant to business and entrepreneurship.
Scope of Training Areas
We welcome proposals and expertise in the following areas (but not limited to):
– Business Planning & Strategy
– Financial Management for SMEs
– Branding, Marketing & Digital Presence
– Leadership & People Management
– Innovation, Digital Transformation & Sustainability
– Halal Business & Market Expansion
– Export Readiness & Internationalisation
– E-commerce & Social Media Marketing
– Legal, Regulatory, and Governance for SMEs
– Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Trainer Requirements
Applicants should have:
– Proven experience in training, facilitation, or consultancy (preferably with SMEs or entrepreneurs).
– Relevant industry expertise and/or academic background.
– Strong communication and engagement skills.
– Ability to customise content to suit adult learners and SME realities.
– (Optional) ACTA/ACLPT/ACLP or equivalent adult education certification.
Submission Details
Interested trainers are invited to submit the following:
– Trainer Profile / CV (including qualifications, experience, and training background).
– List of Proposed Modules or Topics (with brief description and learning outcomes).
– Quotation / Rate Card (hourly or per-session rate).
– Past Training References or Client List (if available).

Selection & Engagement
