Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Good morning, everyone.
It’s wonderful to see our members, partners, and the SMCCI team gathered here today as we celebrate Singapore’s 61st birthday.
National Day is a time for us to appreciate how far Singapore has come. It’s also a reminder that our country’s success is built on people coming together, supporting one another, and doing our part to make a difference.
Here at SMCCI, we are fortunate to have a strong community of members, partners and colleagues who share the same goal of helping businesses grow and succeed. Your support, ideas and commitment are what make SMCCI stronger every year, and for that, I would like to thank each and every one of you.
While businesses today face new challenges, I believe there are also many new opportunities ahead. By working together, learning from one another, and supporting each other, we can continue to help our business community grow and move forward with confidence.
Today is also a chance for us to take a break from our busy schedules, enjoy good food, have fun, and spend time with one another. Events like these remind us that beyond work and business, it’s the relationships we build that make our community special.
Before I end, I’d also like to invite all of you to join us for a very special milestone at SMCCI’s 70th Anniversary & Awards Night this October. If you haven’t registered yet, I hope to see you there as we celebrate this important occasion together.
Thank you for being part of the SMCCI family and for your continued trust and support.
May Singapore continue to grow from strength to strength, and may we all continue to play our part in building a better future together.
Happy National Day and Majulah Singapura!
Thank you.
