ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We are pleased to announce that the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI) will be hosting its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 4th June 2025.
The AGM will bring members together to reflect on the Chamber’s achievements, review key developments, and look ahead to upcoming priorities.
Proxy Participation
To ensure your eligibility for attendance, please complete the Proxy Form by downloading the document below.
If you are unable to attend the 67th AGM in person for unavoidable reasons, the enclosed proxy form allows you to appoint a trusted representative (other than another SMCCI Ordinary Member) to attend and vote on your behalf according to your preferences.
Deadline for Proxy Form Submission
Once completed, please submit the proxy form no later than 4th June 2026.
Submission options:
- Soft Copy: Submit a scanned copy of the completed form via email to info@smcci.org.sg.
- Hard Copy: Deliver the physical copy of the form in person by 2:00 PM at the Registration Counter on the day of event.
