Ordinary

Any Malay merchant, firm, manufacturer, company or business with at least one-third Malay Muslim ownership, carrying on business in Singapore.

Any Malay individual possessing a recognised tertiary qualification and belonging to a recognised professional body, as accepted by the Board.
